The City of Rolla is accepting applications for a part-time Deputy Auditor/Clerk of Court. The Deputy Auditor performs a variety of accounting, utility billing, secretarial, and clerical work of moderate exercise of independent judgement, and also performs certain functions of the City Auditor in his/her absence. The Clerk of Court is responsible for communicating information about citations, court dates, cashiering, and fines with the public, defendants, and attorneys. Court Clerks also prepare correspondence for the Court and Judge, process documents and files, and perform data entry into various databases.
Must have excellent computer, leadership, organizational and communication skills, have a positive attitude and be able to work independently and on a team. Graduation from high school or GED equivalent is required. Must have a valid driver’s license. Minimum starting salary is $20.00 per hour DOE.
