FT DEPUTY AUDITOR/CLERK OF COURT: The City of Rolla is accepting applications for a full-time Deputy Auditor/Clerk of Court. The Deputy Auditor performs a variety of accounting, utility billing, secretarial, and clerical work of moderate exercise of independent judgement. The Deputy Auditor performs certain functions of the City Auditor in his/her absence and aids in the handling of functions designated by the City Auditor. The Clerk of Court is responsible for communicating information about citations, court dates, cashiering, and fines with the public, defendants, and attorneys. Court Clerks also prepare correspondence for the Court and Judge, process documents and files, and perform data entry into various databases. Must have excellent computer, leadership, organizational and communication skills, have a positive attitude and be able to work independently and on a team. Graduation from high school or GED equivalent is required. Preference to applicants with Two (2) years of related experience; or Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a valid driver’s license. Salary DOE with a benefit package which includes health insurance and pension.
