Garbage removal is provided by Waste Management for the City of Rolla.
Residencial Pickup is every Tuesday, Please have totes out by 6:00 am.
Commercial Pickup is Monday & Thursday.

Thursday: 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
SEPTEMBER ONLY Sunday: 12:00 PM-3:00 PM
FEES AND RATES:
CASH, CHECK OR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ACCEPTED
Minimum Fee - $15
Pickup Load - $25
Single Axle - $50
Tandem Axle - $100
Leaves and Grass clippings - No charge
Non-residents of the City of Rolla shall pay double the rates above
No White Goods - Stoves, Freezers, Refrigerators, Etc.
Shingles are accepted at double the above rates.
INERT/LANDFILL MATERIALS ACCEPTED:
Grass Clippings, Leaves, Tree Branches, Wood without nails, Asphalt Shingles, Furniture, Mattresses, Sheetrock, Insulation, Etc.
THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT ACCEPTED AT THE LANDFILL :
Infectious, Hazardous or Household Waste
Pesticide Containers
Waste Oil & Filters
Batteries
Paint Residue & Paint Cans
Slaughterhouse Waste
Raw Sewer Sludge
Animal Manure
Septic System Pumping
Any waste that the Dept of Env Quality has advised being toxic or having adverse environmental characteristics
Liquids
Ash from Incinerators of Resource Recovery Facilities
Foundry Waste
Asbestos
Oil Field Drilling Mud and related wastes
Petroleum Contaminated Soil, except that generated by the city
Metal
PAYMENT OPTIONS
1. Pay ahead of time at City Hall: must present receipt at Inert Site.
2. Cash on site: if no receipt you must pay cash onsite before being allowed to dump.
3. Bill Later: Show proof of Rolla Residency, City Utility Billing Account Number, Name, Billing Address, Phone number
If you do not conform to these regulations, you are subject to a $100 fine.
